Custom Orders

I do take custom orders and commissions if available and if the request is within my ability and fit my style. Custom pieces will be quoted and a time frame given prior to the beginning of work.

Any changes to plan or time frame will be communicated appropriately. Life happens and sometimes unforeseen events do occur outside my influence.

Deposits

Deposits will be required if the commission's materials are not kept in stock in my shop. All deposits are non-refundable after 10 business days.

Pricing
Pricing is a combination of time and materials. Each piece is entirely made by myself unless stated. Because of this, the pricing reflects the expertise  and attention to detail required to carry out each step of construction. My work is meant to be collectible and last many lifetimes, but also designed to be used above all else.

Hand crafted goods do cost more than store bought goods for several reasons. Quality, care, and expertise of the craftsman. Each piece is made individually, not in bulk like a manufactured big box store item. Care and attention to detail is payed to every step of the way, providing a superior product in the end. This care and attention is reflected in the pricing.

Refunds and Returns

Returns are accepted if a defect in craftsmanship is found within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is non-refundable and the buyers responsibility. Refunds will be issued once product is returned and within 10 business days.

No refunds will be issued if abuse or excessive wear has occurred due to the buyers actions.
